You can schedule lessons almost all day long - in your free time, morning, afternoon or evening.

At the end of every lesson the teacher sends a lesson report to the app. The report includes:
* Words that were mispronounced and how to say them
* Sentences that were said incorrectly and how to say them
* New words (automatically added to the "Practice Words" tab in the app, where you can practice them before the next lesson)
* A short summary from the teacher

You can also ask the teacher to attach a link to the lesson recording.

The package renews automatically every month based on your original signup date. For example: a customer who signed up for a 3-lessons-a-week package on 23.11 can use all the lessons until 23.12 - on 23.12 the package and lesson quota renew automatically.

Lessons take place on Zoom, but you can hold them without video and treat them as a regular phone call 🙂

You can book lessons in the app by available time (even a few hours before the lesson starts) or by a specific teacher. You can study with a regular teacher or switch between teachers - and with a specific teacher you can reserve lessons for the whole month in advance.

You can cancel or reschedule a lesson in the app at no cost: Menu » My Lessons » Upcoming Lessons » select the lesson » cancel or reschedule.

Cancellation is possible up to two hours before the lesson - within less than two hours we pay the teacher who reserved the time for you.

After the trial lesson the teacher sets an initial score and level. From then on the score automatically rises by 2 points per lesson (the average progress rate of an ifal student). On the last lesson of each subscription cycle the teacher reassesses your level and manually adjusts the score to match your actual progress.
