SHORT ANSWERS

Yes, I / we / you/they have. 

Yes, she/he / it has.

No, I / we / you / they have not. or I / we / you / they haven’t.  

No, she / he / it has not. or she / he / it hasn’t. 

USE: 

We use the Present perfect to talk about past actions or experiences in our lives, but we don’t specify when they happened. We often use ut with the adverbs recently and once, twice, etc. 

I went to the cinema yesterday. 

We spent a lot of time in Germany in 2010. 

I saw him in the supermarket last week. 

We often use the Present perfect with ever in questions and never in negative sentences with a positive verb. 

Have you ever seen the King? 

No. I have never seen the King. 

Special Case:

She has been to New York. (= She was in New York, but now she is back.) 

She has gone to New York. (= She is in New York or on her way there.)
