To claim that everyone is exceptional is a cliché. However, just because something is a cliché doesn't imply it isn't true. You are one of a kind. You have something that differentiates you from others. We must always be conscious of what sets us apart. We must be aware of our individual capabilities and abilities. Let's see if you can figure out what yours is.

Consider your personality first. What kind of person are you? What characteristics do you have that set you apart from the most? You may request the support of your loved ones here - what aspects of your personality stand out to them?

How do you get along with other people? Are you an attentive listener? Are you entertaining, and do your jokes make people laugh? Again, you may inquire as to what aspect of connecting with you they appreciate the most.

What are your habits like? What are the accomplishments that you are most proud of? You'll be able to determine your greatest strengths as well as the characteristics that genuinely distinguish you. But why should you be aware of this information? First and foremost, it will assist you in gaining confidence. We tend to focus on our shortcomings and mistakes and undervalue our strengths. Learn to admire and appreciate yourself in the same way that you admire and appreciate others. 

Never forget everything that makes you different. You are one-of-a-kind and powerful in your own right. The more you know about yourself, the better you'll be able to put your skills to work for you.
