Read the dialogue below. 

Tamir: Hello there! 

Ofir:  Hello. 

Tamir: I’m Ofir, your neighbor across the street. You are new to the neighborhood. 

Ofir:  Yes, I just moved in last weekend. 

Tamir: That’s nice. How are you settling in? 

Ofir:  Fine, thanks. 

Tamir: Would you like to come over and have a cup of tea? I can give you the most important updates on the neighborhood and give you some tips on places to go and things to do in this area. 

Ofir:  Thanks, but I’m kind of busy right now. I will check my available time.  

Tamir: No problem. Stop by anytime. We have quite a few social events in the area that you might be interested in. 

Ofir: Really? What kind of social events do you usually hold here? 

Tamir: Some of our social events are very interesting like tea time with the new residents. We discuss with them what they expect to experience here in the neighborhood. I will invite you to the upcoming social event. 

Ofir:  I appreciate your invitation. I will look forward to it. 

Tamir: Sure. Nice to meet you, Ofir. I hope you enjoy staying in our neighborhood. 

Ofir:  Sure. See you around!
