Format:

1. Subject: Clear and brief.

2. Greeting: e.g., "Dear Mr. Smith," or "Hello Jane,"

3. Body: Main message. Keep it concise.

4. Closing: e.g., "Regards," or "Thank you,"

5. Signature: Your name, title, and company.

COMMON PHRASES:

Enquiry:

Request:

- "I'd be grateful if you could forward…"

Giving Info:
