Read the article below.

With the advent of technology, everything in the world has evolved in some way, and human beings have made incredible developments in the field of automobiles. With the increased usage of fossil fuels, reducing pollution has become a global concern, as has reducing countries' reliance on other countries for fuel sources. As a result, automobile manufacturers devised a plan to develop vehicles that run on alternative energy sources. They employed natural gas and other fuels to power cars, eventually leading to the development of charged vehicles.

The first and most important benefit of electric automobiles is that they produce less pollution than gasoline-powered vehicles; in fact, electric vehicles emit 60% less pollution than gasoline-powered vehicles. Second, the cost of maintenance is the most essential consideration for most people when purchasing a new automobile or any other vehicle. An internal combustion engine has a complex system with many moving components moving in different directions, but electric cars have only one moving part, implying a simpler structure and lower maintenance costs.

To sum up, these automobiles will become the primary mode of transportation in the future since people are burning fossil fuels at such a high rate that they will become extinct.
