What can we do to increase our chances of success? To begin, be cautious of what you share on social media. 92% of interviewers utilize social media channels to learn more about you.

Take your time preparing for an interview and dress appropriately. You just have seven seconds to make a good first impression. Half of all candidates are discarded because they are not properly clothed.

Speak with coworkers and friends; 80% of job opportunities are not publicized online. Finally, patience is required. The typical business takes 23 days to find the appropriate employee.
