It is also a booming market, with 328 million new users joining Social Media between October 2018 and October 2019. That equates to 10 new users per second.

And it's not just friends conversing or celebrities being followed. It is a quick, low-cost, and effective way for businesses to reach about half of the world's population.

80% of Instagram users follow at least one business, and 60% think the network has helped them find new items.

Businesses utilize social media to demonstrate their human side, raise brand recognition, and increase traffic to their websites.
